Tangerine Hardware Warranty

Tangerine Automation Interfaces are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the period defined in the product documentation. This period is counted from the original date of manufacture. The warranty includes parts and labor. It is limited to the original purchaser.

THD-Labs will remedy the problem by repair or replacement, as we deem necessary, to restore full product performance. THD-Labs will assume the cost of return shipping for the duration of the specific product warranty.

In the event of a defect or malfunction, please contact THD-Labs for a return authorization. Products must be returned as described below. This warranty is void if the defect, malfunction or failure of the product or any component part has been caused by damage (not due to defect or malfunction) or misuse by the customer. The warranty is also void in the event of tampering by persons other than THD-Labs authorized service personnel, or in the event of complete failure to comply with THD-Labs operating or shipping instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights granted by your country or jurisdiction.

Shipping instructions

Contact THD-Labs to obtain a return authorization.  A prepaid shipping label and RMA number will be provided by one of our representatives. Carefully pack the unit to be returned to avoid damage in transit. We recommend that you use the original THD-Labs box and packing materials. If the original packaging is not available, we recommend that you use at least 2 inches of padding around the product.

If for any reason you choose to arrange your own shipping, an RMA number must be provided by a THD-Labs representative.  The shipment must include a tracking number and be insured for an appropriate value. It will be your responsibility to produce any documents required for customs clearance. You will be invoiced for any customs clearance fees prior to the return of your product. Your RMA number must appear on all shipping documents. Shipping information must be provided to the Tangerine team member assigned to your case prior to shipment. Ordinary postal services are not recommended, even though some postal services offer courier deliveries with insurance and tracking features that may be acceptable. 

THD-Labs cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages en route to our service facilities. Local customs charges will not be covered by THD-Labs.
